A restorative hour of movement, breathwork, and meditation as you become familiar with the basics of yoga.
This is a yoga class that welcomes everyone. Whether you’ve never tried yoga before or you’re a seasoned pro, Rosie will take you on a journey of re-connection with your body as you build strength and mobility.
Come with an open mind and a sense of curiosity and you will leave feeling recharged, grounded and more at peace.
Rosie says: “For me, yoga is about cultivating a sense of who you are and how your body moves and feels in that moment in time. Approaching movement this way can help you really tune into the whispers of what your body is trying to tell you.
“One of my favourite things to say as I teach a yoga class is: “How does that feel for YOU?”
Bring a mat – and a blanket and cushion if you’d like.
