Here are some of the things we have done over recent years, and what they cost:

Tiered seating – £81,000
Steinway piano – £42,500
Piano seat and humidifier – £500 each
Carriage transport, installation and renovation – £16,000
Cabin bar – £22,250
Café canopy – £13,000
Porch canopy – £3,500
Signal box – £2,500

Of course, most of the above was only possible because of a lot of free volunteer work (see volunteers page).

As you’d expect, our wish-list is ongoing and ambitious:

Automatic front door – £12,000
Armchairs for front row – £60 each
Longer-term café/bar extension – £400,000
Air conditioning – £25,000
Handrails for tiered seating – £8,000.
