Ruth Sandiford plays traditional music on a Celtic harp and in celebration of the impending St Patricks Day she will also pay tribute to the importance of the harp in Irish history and culture.
She is joined by Doug, Sue and Clare, who are part of Spootiskerry a group playing traditional music from Ireland, Scotland, England, Europe and America. Specially for St Patricks Day, they are delighted to bring to the Shed a selection of Irish music played on fiddle, guitar, tin whistle and bazouki.
Please come along – maybe meeting friends or making new ones whilst enjoying some lovely music. Advance tickets are just £3.50 (plus booking fee) Our Whistle Stop Café will be open if you fancy a nice cup of tea (or coffee) and everyone adores Sasha’s cakes – how can you resist?
There will be a selection of tables and chairs set out in the hall for you to choose from on arrival.
