We’re back for the first of a brace of cracking comedy clubs this autumn/winter season, featuring some of the finest, and funniest, stand-up comedians from the UK comedy circuit. This month features the mirth making talents of Matt Price, James Ellis and headlined by Jon Pearson!.

Jon Pearson began stand up comedy in 2010, with his first performance at Birmingham’s Highlight Comedy Club. Cut to nine years later and Jon has become a regular face on the circuit, performing at prestigious clubs such as The Glee, The Boat Show, Up The Creek, Last Laugh, Laughterhouse. Jon’s career has even taken him overseas with performances in Spain, Norway and even as far away as Wigan (it is like being on another planet).
Jon has also provided tour support for Darren Harriot on his UK 2018/2019 tour and Lucy Porter on her UK 2017 tour
Jon’s laid back storytelling has audiences hanging on his every word. With tales based around his own life experiences, his anecdotes are relatable and certain to have people in hysterics.

Award-winning comedian James Ellis is a rising star in the UK comedy scene. His sharp observational humour and clever punchlines have won him raves reviews from audiences and critics alike.
James’ comedy is rooted in everyday life, and he has a knack for finding the funny in the mundane. A gifted writer, his jokes are well-crafted and delivered with precision.

Matt Price has performed in 30 countries, including Turkey, Cambodia, Australia and Russia. He is a big friendly guy from Cornwall. He likes to tell stories, he tells jokes and interacts with a crowd in a way that makes everyone in the room feel good.
Matt also hosts the “Conversations with Criminals” podcast in which he interviews retired criminals and ask them about their lives. It was described in Crime monthly magazine as a “podcast sensation”.
